Yes, it runs online. A normal mobile hotspot is enough โ a bill uses very little data. If the internet drops, the bill on screen stays open; save it once you are back online.
Yes. Export the product / batch stock, supplier and patient lists to Excel, save as CSV and upload in Utility โ Import. Old balances come in as opening balances. Encrypted backup files of desktop software cannot be read directly โ use its Excel export or ask its dealer for one.
Open Purchase โ Read Bill Photo, take a photo of the supplier's printed bill (or upload their PDF). The AI reads the header and every line in a few seconds and shows them in a table you can edit. Nothing is saved until you check it: unclear cells are marked, each line's taxable is re-calculated, and the totals are compared with the bill's own CGST, SGST and net amount. A flat, well-lit photo works best.
Every store gets a referral code on its dashboard (Administrator โ Refer & Earn). A chemist who signs up with your code tries it free; when they start a paid plan, the free months are added to your plan automatically. There is no limit on referrals.
Any printer your computer can print to: normal A4 / A5 laser or inkjet, and 80 mm thermal receipt printers. Choose the default size in Store Settings.
Keep billing. A PC or phone that was online in the last 3 days has a copy of your stock, so the billing screen still opens. Offline bills get their own series (OF1-, OF2- โฆ), print normally and are sent to the server automatically when the internet returns. Anything to check โ like a batch that ran short โ shows up in Sales โ Offline Bills.
Each store's data is kept separate and only your logins can open it. Connections use HTTPS. You can download a full backup any time.

Yes. Stock is kept in loose units with a conversion factor per product, so you can sell 15 tablets, 2 strips, or 2 strips + 5 tablets in the same bill.
