Yes, it runs online. A normal mobile hotspot is enough — a bill uses very little data. If the internet drops, the bill on screen stays open; save it once you are back online.
Yes. Export the product / batch stock, supplier and patient lists to Excel, save as CSV and upload in Utility → Import. Old balances come in as opening balances. Encrypted backup files of desktop software cannot be read directly — use its Excel export or ask its dealer for one.
Any printer your computer can print to: normal A4 / A5 laser or inkjet, and 80 mm thermal receipt printers. Choose the default size in Store Settings.
Each store's data is kept separate and only your logins can open it. Connections use HTTPS. You can download a full backup any time.
Nothing is deleted. Billing pauses until you renew, and you can still log in to download your data.
Yes. Stock is kept in loose units with a conversion factor per product, so you can sell 15 tablets, 2 strips, or 2 strips + 5 tablets in the same bill.
